Keen Address checks the shipping address at checkout, finds the official short address from the Saudi National Address database, and attaches it to the order for your team and your carrier.

How it works

    The shopper enters their address at checkout as usual.

    Keen Address matches it against the National Address database and attaches the short address to the order.

    If no match is found, the shopper gets a WhatsApp message with a one-tap link to confirm or correct the address.

    The short address appears in the order, on packing slips, and in the data sent to your carrier.

Does it work on Shopify Plus checkout extensibility?

Yes. Keen Address runs on the order, not inside the checkout theme, so it works with checkout extensibility on Shopify Plus and with the standard checkout on every other plan. There are no theme edits and no checkout scripts.

Do you store my customers' data?

Addresses are checked in real time against the National Address database. We keep only the resulting short address on the order, as an order attribute and a metafield in your store. We do not keep a copy of your customer records. See the privacy policy for details. Read the privacy policy.

Which carriers?

Any carrier that reads the short address field, either from the shipping address line you map it to or from the order metafield. Named integrations will be listed at launch.

Do I need my own SPL account?

No. Keen Convert holds the API access to the National Address database. You install the app and it works.
